The Pacific Northwest inspires chefs near and far. Three culinary masters came together to this Bavarian village to bring locally sourced food with 5 star presentation and pairing. Watershed is an intimate space with beautiful lighting. Their focus on locally sourced true farm to table meals makes this restaurant truly special. Not a particular fan of cauliflower I was skeptical to try their caramelized cauliflower appetizer. Surprisingly this was by far my favorite item I sampled while I was there. I was astounded at how cauliflower could be so transformed. It gave me a huge appreciation of just how skilled these chefs are and the attention they pay to the quality of the ingredients. Watershed inspired me to continuously try new things and not let my expectations get in the way of enjoying foods I typically would not have ventured to try.
